DIAL - Disability Information Advice Line to close from 29th May 2019.

The Trustees of Portsmouth Disability Forum decided to review the operations they were delivering in order to ensure that they are providing the most relevant support to the people of Portsmouth. 

In the short term, at review of contract stage, they have to cease the provision of some of their services including DIAL which will end on Wednesday 29th May 2019.

Further Disability Information/Advice

If your child is under the age of 16 and has Care and Mobility needs, they may be entitled to DLA (Disability Living Allowance) or if they have reached the age of 16, or an adult already in receipt of DLA, they may have to transfer to a PIP (Personal Independence Payments).
